Industrial peristaltic pump WT600-4F is a kind of dispensing pump with high IP rating, which is especially suitable for severe environment. With DC brushless motor, the pump could drive YZ35-13 and KZ35 pump head to provide a high flow rate from 100mL/min to 11000mL/min. With the calibration function, the pump could dispense the fluid with high accuracy and precision. And the dispensing volume is 100mL-999L.

Product Instruction：

Industrial peristaltic pump WT600-4F is a kind of dispensing pump with high IP rating, which is especially suitable for severe environment. With DC brushless motor, the pump could drive YZ35-13 and KZ35 pump head to provide a high flow rate from 100mL/min to 11000mL/min. The LCD could display the parameters and running state. The pump could run continuously at desired flow rate and speed, and also could complete the dispensing function at desired dispensing volume, dispensing time and batch cycles. The flow rate calibration and dispensing calibration ensure the high accuracy and precision. And the dispensing volume is 100mL-999L. The pump could be controlled through control panel, external control interface and RS485 communication interface.

- Back suction: Prevent dripping of liquid when dispensing a certain liquid volume
- Operating code: Membrane keypad to set parameters and operation
- Control mode: Pump can be controlled internally through membrane keypand or externally through external control modules.

- Prime function: Fast filling or emptying at full speed

- Power-off function: Return to previous state when power on

- Calibration: The flow rates and dispensing volume can be calibrated to improve the accuracy.
- Footswitch: Control Start/Stop of the pump.
- High IP rating: suitable for severe environment.
- Dispensing function: dispense the fluid at desired volume, dispensing time and batch cycles.
