The Application of Longer Product in Vaporization Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization System (VHP)

On January 24th, Longer received an urgent call from customer that our micro peristaltic pump BQ50-1J was needed to support the production of hydrogen peroxide sterilization system for resistance to the epidemic in Wuhan. Then longer quickly arranged the products to the customer as soon as possible.

The hydrogen peroxide sterilization system is a new sterilization method. In the system, the Longer BQ50-1J peristaltic pump is used to transfer 35% hydrogen peroxide solution. The solution is injected into the vaporizer and vaporized into hydrogen peroxide steam. Then driven by dry air, hydrogen peroxide gas is input into a sterilization chamber through pipes. And then the air and the surface of the object could be sterilized by evenly dispersing the hydrogen peroxide gas. After sterilization, the sterile air is introduced into the sterilization chamber, and the residual hydrogen peroxide gas is catalytically decomposed into harmless oxygen and water to be discharged from the chamber.

The peristaltic pump BQ50-1J is a compact, cost-effective drive, and with its snap on panel installation which could be directly installed and fixed in the sterilization system. The system can linearly adjust the flow of pump through 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-10kHz signal or communication command. Then the amount of hydrogen peroxide solution could be adjusted according to the space capacity of sterilization system.

The Application of Longer Dispensing & Filling System in the Filling Technology of Disinfectant

And the peristaltic pump with the correct tubing, can be used to pump corrosive and/or abrasive fluids.

Longer’s Dispensing &Filling System has high filling accuracy and efficiency. The system can be configured using between 4 to 32 peristaltic pump heads, and a filling volume of 0.2ml/s-48ml/s can be achieved, it has a dispensing accuracy of up to ±0.5%. The back suction function reduces the droplet during the filling process, then zero waste of highly valuable product in batch start up.
