The customer outlined the following needs for the peristaltic pump system during the production process:

Closed transmission: Anti-static liquid is volatile, requiring the pump system to achieve closed transmission to avoid liquid leakage.

Precise flow control: Stable and precise flow control is required, with a flow accuracy of 3% to ensure uniformity of the coating process.

External control compatibility: The peristaltic pump should be able to receive signals from flow monitoring and regulation devices and adjust the transmission flow according to the signals.

Easy operation and maintenance: The pump system should be simple and easy to use, allowing operators to quickly get started and ensuring ease of maintenance.

Easy to Operate and Maintain

Longer Pump peristaltic pump BT100-2J has a compact structure, small size, and light weight, which is easy to install and maintain, reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance costs.
Customized Design

According to the customer's requirements for the anti-static liquid flow closed-loop control system, Longer Pump customized the external control signal input interface and control logic of the driver to facilitate integration with the customer's existing control system.
High Flow Accuracy

The BT100-2J driver is equipped with a DG-1 (10 roller) pump head, providing a wide flow range of 0.0015ml/min-30ml/min, and a flow accuracy of 2%. After correction, the accuracy can reach 0.5%, meeting customers' needs for precise flow control.
Self-sealing Performance

Longer Pump peristaltic pumps adopt self-sealing technology to ensure the airtightness of anti-static liquid during transmission and reduce the risk of leakage.
