Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of OEM supporting customers in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Fujian and Hainan Province, and assisting dealers in service terminal application customers, forming stable growth orders, and achieving the sales target in South China set by the company;
2. Fully master the company's product knowledge and application knowledge, correctly select and select sales, conduct necessary product knowledge training for dealers and customers, and guide customers to use the products correctly;
3. Investigate and pay attention to the industry and market dynamics in south China, grasp the distribution and development of existing customers and prospective customers, and put forward suggestions and solutions to the company for major problems such as opportunities, competition and risks;
4. Assist the Marketing Department to implement the regional marketing plan.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering or marketing related fields, with priority given to majors in mechanical and electrical engineering, management, or biomedical sciences
2. More than two years of experience in industrial product sales, with experience in selling experimental and analytical instruments or familiarity with pharmaceutical machinery and in vitro diagnostic instrument companies in the region preferred
3. Proactive, focused, self disciplined, and with a strong sense of time management
4. Being friendly and enthusiastic towards others, skilled in communication and expression
5. Having a win-win mindset, pursuing goal results while also possessing customer service awareness
