Longer Pump's production centres are equipped with state-of-the-art real-time electronic signage and tablet touch-screen computers to ensure that production processes are visualised and easily operated. In addition, we use a cloud-based platform to centrally manage all production and operational data, thus providing a solid data foundation for product quality traceability.

The proportion of automated production at Longer Pump has reached 25%. Since 2018, the Kanban pull mode has been adopted to manage production tasks, optimizing the flow operation mode of the five assembly production lines. This integration of automation and informatization not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures production flexibility and response speed.

Product Testing

Longer Pump's product testing programme follows stringent standards and processes to ensure that product quality and performance meet or exceed industry requirements.
