Longer Pump has launched dLSP 501S/ dLSP 501L Digital Split-type Syringe Pump as a new Highest Accuracy and Precision solution for microfluid transfer applications. 

Highest Accuracy and Precision

The NEW pumps have a superior fluidics drive mechanism that assures ease of use and high performance for pump's smoothest, most accurate flow rates. Flow rates of 0.635um/min to 190.5mm/min are accurate within 0.35% and Linear travel CV within 0.03%. 

The new pumps are so accurate that, even at low flow rates, ours could become the standard for mass spectrometry calibration, animal infusion and anywhere else accurate volumes must be delivered.  

Intuitive Run Screen

The pumps have a 7 inch high-definition LCD touchscreen to quickly prompt you through set up. 

Multiple combinations and configurations to Meet Your Needs

The Pumps are available in many configurations designed for different operating environments and varying degrees of operational flexibility. Allow users to easily constructs a multi-function system with up to 4 drive units, and each drive unit could have independent parameters.

Simple set up for Routine & Complex Applications

The pumps are ideal for more complex multi-step dosing and has multi-mode operation, including infusion only, withdrawal only, infusion/ withdrawal, withdrawal/ infusion, and programmable modes, for various applications.

In Communication — Multi-Drive Unit of Operation

PLC or computer can control multiple drive units through RS485/ Modbus RTU. Each drive unit can be controlled independently with individual parameters.

Also, parameters can be saved as a method, which can be stored on the controller and imported/exported to a USB flash drive, simplifying the parameter configuration and facilitating parameter sharing between different drive units.

dLSP 501S/ dLSP 501L Digital Split-type Syringe Pump have been designed to maximize the use of the pumps functions and features, including the lock screen function, three-level access management with password protection, log recording, and electronic signatures, ensure the safety, accuracy, and compliance of operations.
