Dibafit Inverted Cone System
Dibafit inverted cones and fittings are primarily designed for connecting semi-rigid tubing (e.g., PTFE, ETFE, FEP) with minimal dead volume in the flow path and excellent sealing performance. They are suitable for semi-rigid tubing with outer diameters of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, or 3.0 mm. A variety of materials and thread specifications are available to meet different requirements.

Dibafit inverted cones and fittings are widely used for liquid connections in precision fluid transfer components, such as syringe pumps, piston pumps, solenoid valves, and rotary valves.

Product Features

Dibafit inverted cones for semi-rigid tubing (e.g., PTFE, ETFE, FEP).

Dibafit inverted cones flat-bottom 1/4-28 UNF、M6 or 5/16-24UNF ports，with minimal dead volume，and pressure rated up to 250psi (17bar).

The material of Dibafit inverted cones is ETFE.

Dibafit inverted cones can be used with Omni-Lok™ compact head fitting nuts, Click-N-Seal™ nuts, and PEEK nuts.

Click-N-Seal™ nuts offer a unique system for hand-tight fittings. As the fitting is tightened, the resistance of the cap increases until the correct torque is reached; at which point, the cap clicks. The user is able to hand-tighten the fittings without tools or guesswork and be confident that the fitting is properly seated, creating a secure seal.
